About Palma Cleaning

Palma Cleaning is a house cleaning service in Ocala, Florida. We clean homes on a recurring schedule, and we do deep cleans and move-in and move-out cleans. We are a local business, not a franchise. This is our own website, and this page explains who we are and how we work with the households that book us.

Google lists us under the category House cleaning service. Our Google profile showed a 4.9 rating from 52 Google reviews when it was read on October 3, 2026. The Better Business Bureau also lists us as a BBB Accredited Business.

The cleaning we do

Everything on this site is about cleaning homes. Each of the three kinds of clean we cover here has its own page.

• Maid service Ocala: recurring visits every week, every two weeks or every month, covering the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living areas.
• Deep cleaning Ocala: a longer, more detailed visit that adds jobs such as hand-washing baseboards, scrubbing the shower and bathtub, and degreasing the oven interior.
• Move out cleaning Ocala: a clean for an empty home at move-in or move-out, including inside the refrigerator, the oven, the cabinets and the drawers.

We publish a room-by-room checklist that sets the standard clean, the deep clean and the move-in or move-out clean side by side. You can see what each one covers before you book.

How we work with you

1. Ask for a quote. Call us. The price depends on the size of your home (bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage), the type of clean, the condition of the home, how often we come and any extras you choose. The quote is free.
2. Get the house ready. We ask you to clear beds, floors and countertops before the visit, to put away valuables and fragile items, and to tell us about any room we should skip.
3. Let us in. You do not need to be home. Many of our clients give us a key, a garage code or lockbox access, and we message you when we arrive and when we are done.
4. We bring the supplies. Our team arrives with cleaning products, microfiber cloths, vacuums and mops, and works through the checklist room by room. If you have allergies or sensitivities, leave your own products out and tell us, and we will use those.
5. Look it over. If you are home at the end, we walk through the house with you.

We focus on cleaning. We do not wash dishes, clean up animal waste, deal with biohazards, or take on heavy decluttering or heavy lifting.

The rules we put in writing

Our terms were last updated on April 17, 2026. These are the main points for a household.

• Changing a booking. We need at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation with less notice, including a same-day cancellation, is charged 50% of the scheduled booking amount.
• A visit we cannot carry out. If we arrive and water or electricity is not available, or excessive clutter stops us from cleaning effectively, we cannot do the job and we charge 50% of the scheduled booking amount.
• The re-clean. If you are unhappy with any area, contact us within 48 hours of the visit and we return to deal with it at no additional charge.
• Damage. Report any damage within 24 hours of the service and we will assess it.
• Pets. We ask you to keep pets in a safe area, apart from the rooms we are working in.

Our weekly service has no contract. Tell us, and you can skip, reschedule or pause.

We clean homes in Ocala and elsewhere in Marion County. The places we name include Downtown Ocala, Stone Creek, Oak Run, On Top of the World, Golden Hills, Marion Oaks, Belleview and Dunnellon. If you are not sure whether we come to your street, call us and ask.
